  1. Take a few deep breaths and relax your body.
  2. Bring your awareness to your heart in the center of your chest.
  3. Breathe in and out through your heart.
  4. Imagine someone or something that fills you with appreciation.
  5. Focus on that feeling and let the image fade.

It’s that simple! Just tune into the guided meditation and enjoy.
