Actually, it’s more about rolling. The most important thing we want to focus on is keeping our head off the ground, so keep that in mind. Grab a mat and let's practice! One last tip: Push strongly with your legs when kneeling to ensure you roll forward, not sideways.

In my opinion, this skill is key for fall prevention. If you can roll right, you're less likely to hurt yourself, as it spreads the impact across more body parts.
Start by kneeling on the floor and roll over your shoulders. Practice this on both sides. If you feel safe enough, try it from a standing position. And if you're feeling really confident and want a bigger challenge, jump into the roll!
