200 Air Squat ↗Today's WOD is all about teamwork! You and your partner will tackle the reps together, taking turns, one works while the other rests. Switch as often as needed, whether every few reps or when you hit your limit. No partner? Go solo for an extra challenge or cut the reps in half!

This workout has a lot of reps in it. So we are building a big volume to stimulate muscle growth. Target areas: Quads, glutes, back and biceps.
Choose the variation that allows you to complete at least 5 Pull Ups in a row. Air Squat feels off? Elevate your heels with a book or a wooden plank.
