🚨 Disclaimer

Since this isn’t a one-on-one personal training, I can’t see what you’re doing. Which means you’re 100% responsible for your own health. But don’t worry, I’ve got your back! If you have any questions, like dealing with muscle soreness or unexpected pain, just hit me up. We're a team now and I’m happy to help! 💪🏻😎

🤓 How It Works

We’re training on a 3-on, 1-off schedule. For example: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday we go hard and on Thursday we have a rest day. Then the whole cycle repeats.

To make that doable, I kept the workouts short and smart. Even if you’re sore, no worries. We hit different muscles each day.

Every session has a purpose, but I won’t bore you with programming details. Just know this: Over the next month, you’ll get a variety of workouts surprises, and serious fun. 😎

👀 That's coming your way:

🔬 Element Focus

There we zoom in on one specific movement or skill to really level it up.

⏰ Time Caps

You’ll have a set time to complete the workout.

📋 Task Goals

A clear number of reps or rounds to finish.

👾 Games & Challenges

That are fun formats to mix things up and sneak in some serious effort.

🏋🏼‍♂️ Strength

We build raw power with slow, heavy work [yes, with just your bodyweight].

🏃🏼‍♀️ Endurance

Improve stamina and keep that engine running strong.

🤸🏼‍♂️ Skills

Work on control, coordination, and body awareness - like handstands or rolls.

🎾 Play

Get creative, explore movement, and enjoy being in your body.

🐒 Animal Flow

Ground-based, primal movement that builds strength, mobility, and fun.

The workouts might look random, but they’re secretly genius. Trust me. 😏 By the end of the month, you'll have crushed 24 workouts and had a blast.

For proper back training, a pull up bar is a must. If you have no bar at home, just head to the park or a playground and get creative! If you need help, just ask me! And you’ll need tennis balls, but don’t worry, they’re super cheap! You can even get used ones for free at a local tennis court, just ask. 🎾😎 Rings and a jump rope are great extras, but you don’t need them. There’s always a workaround and you can crush all the workouts without them.

Every workout has a score - for tracking progress, beating your past self or friendly competition. Post yours to the Leaderboard.

Oh, and yes - I did all of them too. 😈 My scores are in there.

Got it? Great! Let’s train! 🔥
