Hi! I’m Natascha.

Since childhood, I have intuitively supported people and helped ease their discomfort. My passion for natural healing methods such as massages, firewalking and ice bathing has shown me how powerful healing can be when body, mind and soul are in harmony. Through my training as a Med Coach, Qigong instructor and in quantum resonance analysis with nutritional counseling, I have deepened my knowledge. With heart and passion, I guide people to discover their own strength and to strengthen their self-healing abilities – for more balance, joy of life and inner resilience.

Strategy

An upright, relaxed posture forms the foundation: Stand shoulder-width apart, with your feet parallel, knees relaxed, pelvis slightly tilted and your gaze remains soft and open, directed into the distance. With full mindfulness, movements are performed consciously, fluidly and precisely. Deep, calm breathing accompanies the rhythm of the exercises, gently guiding the energy into the abdominal area. Everything happens in harmony – in tune with the body, mind and breath.
